On their own, Sucrose’s Elemental Skill and Burst are a bit underwhelming-their DMG is sub-par and their crowd control-while decent-is not impressive. All in all, a powerful passive you can build a team around. Elemental Mastery is invaluable in teams based around Elemental Reactions, and with Sucrose, you can give other team members loads of it without sacrificing their other offensive stats. This is essentially Sucrose’s previous passive talent on steroids. When Astable Anemohypostasis Creation – 6308 or Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II hits an opponent, increases all party members’ (excluding Sucrose) Elemental Mastery based on 20% of Sucrose’s Elemental Mastery for 8s. This passive is useful in Reaction-based teams. In most teams, Sucrose is used for the very purpose of Swirling elements. When Sucrose triggers a Swirl effect, all characters in the party with the matching element (excluding Sucrose) have their Elemental Mastery increased by 50 for 8s. It doesn’t affect the crafting of any Resin-gated items, but even these items can act as bottlenecks when leveling up characters and weapons.
